Deliciously fluffy and scrumptious poffertjes ( pronounced: poh-fur-jus ) or Dutch mini-pancakes as they are known outside the Netherlands. The poffertjes are freshly prepared on location and are served hot off the griddle with a variety of sweet toppings and fruits to choose from and a selection of hot and cold drinks.
