TODD IN THE HOLE FESTIVAL
TERMS & CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all persons entering or attending Todd in the Hole Festival (“the Event”). By purchasing a ticket or entering the Event site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
The Event is organised by Sausage and Gobbler Productions (“the Organiser”).
The Organiser reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time where reasonably necessary.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits your statutory rights.
1. ENTRY & ADMISSION
1.1 All attendees must hold a valid ticket or wristband for entry.
1.2 Lost, stolen, duplicated or counterfeit tickets will be invalid.
1.3 Wristbands must be worn at all times whilst on site. Wristbands that are removed, tampered with, damaged or transferred to another person will be invalid and will not be replaced.
1.4 Tickets and wristbands remain the property of the Organiser at all times.
1.5 The Organiser reserves the right to refuse admission or eject any person from the Event without refund where these Terms are breached or where necessary for safety, licensing or security reasons.
1.6 Persons under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a responsible adult aged 21 or over at all times. The accompanying adult remains responsible for the minor’s conduct and safety throughout the Event. Under 18 years old will not be allowed to enter or re-enter the festival if they are not accompanied by an adult and MUST camp with an adult. By purchasing a child or teen ticket you are confirming that you are either the parent, legal guardian or nominated guardian of the teen or child for whom you are purchasing.
1.7 Valid photographic ID may be requested at any time.
Valid forms of ID include:
An in-date photographic driver’s license or provisional license.
A valid passport (not a photocopy). Out of date passports will NOT be accepted.
A Proof of Age Standards Scheme Card (showing the PASS hologram).
1.8 Last Admission & Readmission Policy
Friday: No readmission or entry permitted after 20:00. Last entry to the car park: 19:45. Last camper re-entry to festival site: 20:00.
Saturday & Sunday: No readmission or entry permitted after 18:00. Last entry to the car park: 17:45. Last camper re-entry to festival site: 16:00.
General: Management reserves the right to refuse entry at their discretion.
By attending the event, all visitors agree to adhere to these times and policies.
2. SEARCHES & PROHIBITED ITEMS
2.1 All persons and bags may be searched as a condition of entry.
2.2 Prohibited items include (but are not limited to):
Illegal drugs or psychoactive substances
Weapons of any kind (including knives)
Fireworks, flares, smoke canisters
Trolleys
Flares
Portable laser equipment
Drones
Sky lanterns or kites
Generators
Mobile sound systems
Glass of any kind
Unsealed drinks containers
Alcohol not purchased on site
Animals (other than registered assistance dogs)
Any item which in the reasonable opinion of security may cause harm, nuisance or disruption
2.3 Any prohibited items will be confiscated and may not be returned. Illegal items may be handed to the police.
2.4 Any person found in possession of prohibited items or engaging in illegal or anti-social behaviour will be ejected without refund.
3. ALCOHOL POLICY
3.1 The Event is a licensed venue. Only alcohol purchased on site may be consumed.
3.2 Challenge 25 will operate. If you are fortunate enough to look under 25, you may be asked for valid ID.
3.3 Alcohol will not be served to persons under 18.
3.4 No glass containers are permitted anywhere on site.
3.5 The Organiser reserves the right to refuse service to any person who appears intoxicated.
4. SAFETY & SITE CONDITIONS
4.1 The Event site and car parks are located on uneven ground. Attendees enter and move around the site at their own risk.
4.2 No naked flames are permitted anywhere on site. This includes BBQs, cooking stoves and any burning of materials.
4.3 Smoking and vaping are permitted only in designated areas.
4.4 Loud music, amplified sound, flashing lights and strobe effects may be used during performances. Persons with medical sensitivities should take appropriate precautions.
4.5 In the event of an emergency, attendees must follow all instructions given by stewards, security or emergency services.
4.6 Vehicles are parked at the owner’s risk. The Organiser accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to vehicles or their contents.
5. CONDUCT
5.1 All persons must behave in a lawful, respectful and considerate manner.
5.2 Anti-social behaviour, harassment, intimidation, discrimination, or behaviour that negatively affects the enjoyment of others will result in immediate ejection.
5.3 The Organiser reserves the right to remove any person whose behaviour may cause nuisance, annoyance, offence or risk to others or neighbouring properties.
6. REFUNDS & EVENT CHANGES
6.1 Tickets are non-refundable except where required by law.
6.2 The Event programme, line-up, timings and services are subject to change without notice. No refunds will be given for artist or programme changes.
6.3 The Organiser reserves the right to cancel, postpone or curtail the Event due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
Severe weather
Flooding
Government restrictions
Acts of terrorism
Public health emergencies
Power failure
Site damage
Artist cancellation
Any other force majeure event
6.4 In the event of cancellation due to force majeure, liability shall be limited to the face value of the ticket only, unless otherwise required by law.
7. LIABILITY
7.1 Attendees attend the Event at their own risk.
7.2 The Organiser shall not be liable for:
Loss, theft or damage to personal property
Indirect or consequential losses
Injury arising from failure to follow safety instructions
7.3 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or any other liability which cannot be excluded by law.
8. PHOTOGRAPHY, FILMING & MEDIA
8.1 The Event will be photographed and filmed.
8.2 By entering the Event, you grant the Organiser the right to use your image, likeness and voice in promotional, marketing and publicity materials in any media worldwide without payment.
8.3 If you attend with a child under 16, you give consent on their behalf.
9. DATA PROTECTION
Personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation. Please refer to the Event Privacy Policy for further information.
CCTV may be in operation for safety and crime prevention purposes.
10. GENERAL
10.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
10.2 If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.
10.3 Further reasonable conditions may be imposed where necessary for safety, licensing or operational reasons.
The following additional conditions apply to all camping ticket holders.
Camping Area Rules
Camping is permitted in designated areas only.
Tents must not obstruct fire lanes or emergency access routes.
Please follow steward instructions when pitching.
Last admission for campers in to the festival arena is 20:00 on Friday and 16:00 on Saturday & Sunday
Fire Safety
No naked flames, BBQs, cooking stoves or fire pits permitted.
No generators.
No gas canisters (unless authorised by organisers).
Noise
Please respect neighbouring campers.
Quiet hours apply between 11:00pm and 8:00am.
Excessive noise may result in removal from the campsite.
Waste & Environment
Please use the bins provided.
No fly-tipping or abandonment of tents/equipment.
Help us keep the site livestock-safe and environmentally clean.
Vehicles
Camping vehicles must remain in designated areas.
No vehicle movements during restricted hours without steward approval.
Vehicles parked at owner’s risk.
Security
Campsite security patrols will operate.
The Organiser is not responsible for lost or stolen property.
