FESTIVAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

ENTRANCE TO TODD IN THE HOLE

Any persons entering the festival site must comply with the following conditions. Any non-compliance is likely to result in you being immediately and permanently ejected from the site.
Entry to the event, all activities at the event, purchase and use of tickets are subject to these Conditions. These Conditions may be amended without prior notice.
Every person under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult of 21 years or over. All persons may be asked for ID
You will be searched at the entrance for any items that can be used in an illegal or offensive manner these will be confiscated immediately and we cannot guarantee they will be returned and if they are illegal, police may be contacted. Persons suspected of carrying out illegal and/or offensive activities on the festival site may be searched and will be ejected. The following will guarantee you being ejected without warning. Bringing in or being found in possession of:
Drugs of any kind (unless by prescription)
Weapons, knifes, guns, mortars, explosives, tanks, fighter aircraft or warships
Portable laser equipment or pens
Animals (except registered guide/assistance dogs)
Mobile sound systems
Generators
Sky lanterns or kites (we are in a significant livestock area and it is dangerous and distressing to them
Fireworks, smoke canisters or wax flares
Absolutely no naked flames or burning of any material plastic will be allowed on the festival site.

Please note, this is intended as a family event and so smoking will be confined to certain areas

Please note that the festival site / car park and other areas are in some cases uneven. Please take care when moving around the site, especially after dark. The event management team will not be liable for any injury caused onsite or around the vicinity of the festival.

ALCOHOL

Todd in the Hole Festival site is a licensed venue so only alcohol purchased on site can be consumed at the festival.
All persons may be asked for ID and will not be served alcohol if ordered without proof of age of over 18 years. If you’re lucky enough to look under 25, we will congratulate you as we implement the Challenge 25 policy which will be in place on site.
NO glass is permitted on site. We will be serving all drinks in reusable cups.
NO unsealed drinks containers of any kind will be permitted.

GENERAL REGULATIONS

NO NAKED FLAMES permitted across the site. This includes cooking stoves/BBQ’s etc. We apologise but this is a condition set by the authorities.
Anti-social behaviour
Any persons affecting the enjoyment of other attendees and/or affecting the running of the event will be immediately ejected by security.
Todd in the Hole is a glass free zone. Any glass will be confiscated on arrival or if seen on site will be removed from those in possession.
Wristbands removed or tampered with will be invalid and will not be replaced.
Wristbands are not transferable to a third party and remain the property of the event management company
The site management reserve the right to refuse admission or to eject attendees from the event without reimbursement of ticket price or other costs.
The site management reserve the right to cancel the event without notice.
The site management exclude liability for loss, injury or damage to persons or property except in respect of death or personal injury resulting from its own negligence.
The site management reserve the right to change the services provided and any other aspects of the event without notice.
ALL persons will use the premises in a proper and lawful manner and so not as to cause any nuisance, annoyance or inconvenience to other persons on site or neighbouring properties, or to render void or voidable any insurance in whole or in part. This will be monitored by the Site Manager. In other words – please play nicely and respect those around you; we can all have fun without annoying other people!
NO refunds will be issued to any attendee under any circumstances.
Further conditions may be applied at the start of the festival.

By entering the festival site, you agree to grant Sausage and Gobbler Productions the right to use your image in any publicity, marketing or promotional materials for any purpose at any time. Images, photos and/or videos may be used to promote future Sausage and Gobbler events. You have been fully informed of your consent and waiver of liability before entering the event. If you attend the event with a child under 16 you give the foregoing express consent on their behalf.
